Manager - Field Sales - Life Insurance (2-10 yrs)
We are hiring a professional and skilled Sales Representative to join the Sales Team of our company on an immediate basis.
Position : Field Sales Manager
CTC : 3.00 to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + On roll + Other benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train a team of agents to sell life insurance policies
- Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets
- Provide ongoing support and training to agents to help them improve their sales and customer service skills
- Monitor and evaluate the team's performance and provide feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the team's client base
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitors
- Follow industry regulations and comply with ethical standards
Criteria:
- Graduation required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, sales, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and agents
- Good time management and organizational skills
- 2 Years of Experience in sales and marketing
