Manager - Field Sales - IT (7-12 yrs)
Enterprise Selling Experience.
Preferred Sales Experience to Industry Experience - IT /ITES, Banking, Healthcare.
Domain Expertise - Database Management, Relational Database Management preferred.
- Relevant Experience in using a Sales CRM tool like - Sugar CRM, Salesforce, any other opportunity management tool.
- Experience in large deal management: Exposure to map, meet & greet, establish a consultative relationship with multiple stakeholders in an enterprise.
- Open to Travel.
- Should have excellent command on communication. Should be able to articulate and have a constructive and objective based communication with the customer.
- Should be hands-on with Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
- Should be able to navigate through the Digital Maze and establish contacts on social media with prospective customers.
- Should be ready to work on Fixed + Variable Model.
- Should exhibit large deal management and closures in current work experience.
