- Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New sales consultants
- Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for sales consultants
- Ensuring the sales consultants- productivity and activation
- Training and team life cycle management
- Brand development by conducting road shows
- Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction
- Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM

Qualification : Graduation
