Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
- The Field Sales Manager acts as a mentor, motivator, and coach for the team, helping them develop the skills necessary to succeed in their roles.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell insurance products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, brokers, and other stakeholders to generate business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and analyse sales data, track team performance, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop sales budgets, forecasts, and targets for the assigned region.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential customers to secure business deals.
Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience : Minimum 2 Years Previous experience in sales
- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Leadership Abilities: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
