Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
- After assessing the risks involved, you should be able to suggest insurance policies to your clients. You should also have exceptional time management skills and the capacity to organize tasks efficiently.
- Discovering and conducting research on potential new business ventures.
- Keeping a record of regional sales and updating it.
- Providing clients with information about and promotion of the business's goods and services.
- Finding the right products and services for customers based on their needs.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Addressing any client inquiries regarding the company's goods and services.
- Working together as needed with sales representatives from other territories.
- The prompt and professional resolution of customer complaints.
- To sell new insurance contracts or amend existing ones, create and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Utilize networking, cold calling, referrals, and other methods to establish rapport with potential customers.
- Identify the needs and desires of business or individual clients, and sell the appropriate protection plans.
- Obtain client risk profile information to provide them with the appropriate solution.
- Create reports for your shareholders detailing the results of your business endeavors.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Work Experience : 1-5years in Sales and Marketing In any field
Age : 21-38 years
Qualification : Full Time or Correspondence Graduate/PG
Industry : GI, LI, Health Insurance (SAHI), Telecom, Pharma, Banking Industry (CASA Sales)
- 2.8L to 4.5L depending on their interview and past CTC
- Good Incentives Plan
- Work timings are from 9.30 to 6.30
- Both Male & Female candidates can apply
- 2 rounds of interview 1st virtual 2nd F2F
