Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field sales reps to meet sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the designated territory.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct field visits to evaluate team performance and engage with customers.
- Provide coaching and support to the sales team for improved results.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, with 1+ years in a field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
