Job Summary:
Create a strong and sustainable distribution model through Team Leader existing and new Financial Consultants The channel works on Financial Consultants network model who generate leads for life insurance.
Your role, you will be as below:
- Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of Financial Consultants (FCs)
- Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance
- Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
- Providing pre- and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
- Enabling FCs to use latest digital platforms

Desired Candidates Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
