Job Description :
- Identify, recruit, and manage advisors in your location.
- Train and motivate advisors to understand the market and products, helping them achieve their business goals.
- Regularly monitor and review agent performance.
- Meet customers regularly to meet sales standards.
- Implement strategies to increase market reach and penetration.
- Lead and guide a team of Insurance Advisers, providing motivation, suggestions, and support for lead generation.
Key Ability :
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Need at least 2 year of field sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Must possess a bike and a valid driver's license.
