Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Obligations :
- Keep track of customer information, conduct sales calls, and bring in new clients.
- Inform customers briefly about the product's attributes and advantages.
- Foster and preserve ties with clients
- Reach or surpass sales goals.
- Create and present product and/or service presentations, among other actions, to boost sales.
- Knowing the product inside and out will help you identify potential clients and increase lead creation and conversion.
- Talk to both existing and potential clients about their needs.
- In order to show how products solve problems for customers, you should emphasise their features.
- Answer inquiries about the goods.
- Prepare sales agreements and negotiate prices and terms.
- Work together with coworkers from a variety of industries.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
