Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- In charge of choosing, hiring, and overseeing advisers from the appropriate region.
- Educate and inspire advisers so they can explain the market and products better.
- Follow up on and evaluate agent performance.
- Assist them in generating the most revenue possible
- Regular customer contact is necessary to meet standards.
- Attract more clients and boost revenue.
- Implementing a sales plan By using market segmentation, expand the market's reach and penetration.
- Generate new business prospects through cultivating relationships and trust with customers.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
- CTC : up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Others
