Job description:
- Recruiting and Building a high-performing distribution network of financial consultants(FCs)
- Training, motivating, and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance
- Meet prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions.
Candidate profile :
Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field of Sales & Marketing
Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing
CTC Bracket: Up To: 3.15 LPA
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
