Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Oversee and drive field sales operations, manage a team of sales agents, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field sales agents to meet sales goals.
- Develop and execute field sales strategies and action plans.
- Conduct field visits to support and monitor sales activities.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
