Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Lead and manage the agency channel to drive sales growth and expand market presence. Recruit, train, and motivate insurance agents while ensuring compliance and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet growth targets.
- Monitor agent performance and provide feedback and support.

Requirements:
