Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Identify and interact with prospective customers, such as educational institutions, corporate training centres, and schools, to increase sales.

- Convert prospects into long-term customers by doing presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

- By creating and putting into practice efficient sales tactics, meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.

- To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, cultivate and grow solid connections with both new and existing clients.

- Serve as the primary client contact, responding to their questions and offering specialised answers.

- Keep in touch with customers on a frequent basis to learn about their changing demands and provide pertinent goods and services.

- Remain up to date on market dynamics, industry developments, and rivalry within the EdTech sector.

- Find fresh market opportunities and give management and the sales force informed information.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
