Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop domain and product expertise by learning about the competitive environment, market positioning, product market fit, and other factors.
- Create and preserve positive relationships with partner teams, potential clients, and customers across several geographies.
- Own and surpass designated sales goals (shared by channel managers) by collaborating closely with affiliated sales teams.
- In order to provide smooth assistance for partners and customers, collaborate with different corporate functions such as presales, customer success, marketing, and support.
- Gain a broad understanding of local markets, taking into account elements such as the economy and technology that may affect consumers' choices.
- Support partners with conversion problems, objection management, and giving resources needed to close deals.
- In close collaboration with marketing and reseller sales teams, identify and execute novel and industry-specific lead generating activities to enhance incoming lead generation.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
