Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Reach business objectives for the number of cases and annualised new premium.
- Get new clients by using a variety of sales strategies
- Take part in hiring and disciplining staff members.
- Identify and share sales targets that support organisational objectives.
- Assign responsibilities and manage personnel to uphold performance expectations.
- Keep tabs on sales negotiations and offer constructive criticism on tactics
- Keep in touch with clients to learn about their needs
- Use market research and performance evaluations' insights to improve plans.
- To keep the workforce informed about new product releases, hold regular training sessions.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
