- Proactively identifying and generating new leads.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding established sales goals.
- Recruiting and onboarding new distributors.
- Assisting distributors in forming and developing their teams of advisors.
- Facilitating business growth by supporting and motivating distributors and their advisors.
- Leading and managing the overall performance of the distributor team.
- Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve and surpass targets.
- Providing comprehensive training and ongoing guidance to distributors and advisors.
Required Candidate profile :
- Graduation Must
- Must have 2 years of experience in any Sales/ Banking/ Finance/ Insurance Sector
- Good Communication skills
- Age Criteria:- 22 to 37
