Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Create and put into action a sales plan.
- Create and carry out public relations, advertising, and marketing strategies.
- Establish and preserve a favourable reputation for the company
- Create and preserve productive working relationships with vendors and clients.
- Create, bargain for, and uphold contracts
- Preserve precise documentation
- Evaluate the competitors and the market to determine appropriate pricing.
- Collaborate with the accounting division to oversee client accounts
- Provide a report on the budget and sales results.
- Offer input on levels of client satisfaction.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
