Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Locate and seize fresh business chances.
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with customers.
- Present and advertise goods and services to prospective customers.
- Provide clients with appropriate guidance and input.
- Share market requirements to aid in the development of the platform.
- Meet and surpass the set sales goals.
- Create and deliver proposals and sales presentations.
- Work together with the sales group and other divisions.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
