Responsibilities :

- In charge of overseeing the territory's yearly and quarterly revenue

- In charge of accomplishing goals related to market share

- Locate, cultivate, and acquire fresh, tactical sales prospects

- Compile data on competitors, prices, product offerings, and market share for market intelligence.

- To assess each HQ's performance using data from the Field Force Reporting Software and take corrective action as needed.

- To oversee and oversee the hospital and detailer network in order to guarantee efficient services for every client.

- To ascertain and assess various channel prospects for various markets

- Properly monitor and manage the sales process to ensure efficient sales closing and documentation within the designated time range.

- Foster and preserve ties with current clients through phone calls, in-person meetings, and visits.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
