Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. You will have the opportunity to use your exceptional communication and sales skills to develop relationships with potential clients and convert them into loyal customers.
Job Role :
- Thorough understanding of various insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
- Lead and motivate a team of agents, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Building a professional network to generate referrals and leads.
- Guiding and inspiring the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
Requirements :
- 2 + experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
