Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Follow up on leads, make outbound calls to prospective clients, and communicate with customers in an efficient manner.
- Recognise possibilities for sales to satisfy the demands of clients by understanding their wants.
- Quickly respond to emails from prospective clients with questions and extra details.
- Keep abreast of product and service upgrades and information to give clients correct information.
- For efficient sales management, create and keep an extensive database of both present and potential clients.
- Highlight the advantages of product and service characteristics while describing and demonstrating them to clients.
- Stay up to date with rival goods and services to strategically place ours in the marketplace.
- Promote upsells of goods and services to increase client happiness and sales income.
- In order to increase the number of customers and create sales chances, investigate and qualify new leads.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
