Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Verify that the product is available through all pertinent channels.
- Only accountable for organising and completing monthly or annual goals
- Sustain and strengthen commercial ties
- In charge of setting up the secondary sales force and distribution
- Collaborate with other departments to reach the total sales goal. Provide additional assistance by setting up secondary sales to carry out all operations.
- Put all trade/consumer activations and visibility/merchandising programmes into action.
- As per the guidelines, facilitate prompt and high-quality feedback for every activity.
- Overall responsible for all operational initiatives within the designated region.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
