Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Role and Accountability:
- At designated areas, advertise and sell company merchandise.
- Finish the required product and compliance training.
- Work together with people from other teams.
- Create compelling sales presentations for various target markets.
- Gather client contact information and pursue leads.
- Preserve the client database.
- Establish enduring connections with customers.
- Produce cost-benefit, sales, and needs-analysis reports.
- Keep an eye on the sales tactics of competitors.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
