Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Create and implement successful marketing plans to sell additional insurance policies or modify current ones.
- Make cold calls, use referrals, network with possible clients, and establish rapport.
- Evaluate the needs and wants of company or private clients and sell the appropriate protection policies.
- Gather client information regarding their risk profiles in order to provide them with the appropriate remedy.
- Create shareholder reports detailing the results of your business ventures.
- Continue to be informed of transactions, sales, and agreements, and maintain relevant documents.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2 Years of Sales Experience
- Age 21 to 38 Years
- Good Communication Skills
