Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Market insurance products to prospective customers over the phone, by email, or in person.
- To generate new business, create new leads and follow up on existing leads.
- Educate clients on the coverage, perks, and specifics of the insurance.
- Give clients with first-rate customer service and address any queries or issues they may have
- Keep thorough records of all transactions and interactions with clients.
- Work together with teammates to create sales strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to meet prospective customers.
- Keep abreast of market developments and legislative adjustments to guarantee adherence to rules and best practices.
- Other tasks as needed
Requirements :
- Preferably a bachelor's degree
- Preferable prior experience in insurance sales or a similar industry
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
- Track record of success in meeting
