Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
You will be tasked with examining and building different marketing opportunities and plans and executing new sales plans. You will be expected to manage both marketing and your team's performance. You will have to work closely with other leaders to ensure the company runs smoothly.
Job Responsibilities :
- Get and confirm to qualify identified prospects, leads, and suspects as financial distributors or advisors from open markets
- Scheduled onsite, remote presentations for training and follow up with them regarding the opportunity
- Build and maintain a relationship with your team and customers
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to generate a maximum business from potential customers
- Provide coaching and training to your excellent advisors
- Provide sales and services to your prospective customers as per their financial requirements
- Ensure your team uses a digital platform for the process of business
