Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Building a team of PFAs {Hiring Agents for selling insurance. (Need to hire people who are looking for second source of income or who are already selling other products on Commission basis)}
2. Identifying prospective PFAs/ Agents as per the guidelines of the organization
3. Activation of successfully appointed new PFAs/ Agent
4. Preparing monthly annual action plans to achieve his/her goal
5. Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs/ Agent
6. Identifying training needs across the team
7. Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.
