Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- In order to carry out sales and marketing initiatives, lead brainstorming sessions for both internal and external projects.
- Arrange and carry out marketing initiatives with clients to generate leads and create brand awareness, in line with overall business objectives and sales targets.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data to obtain insights about trends, rivals, and brands.
- Participate in activities that generate leads and acquire customers, including events, trade exhibitions, networking, media promotion, and sales enablement.
- Organize outreach and PR campaigns, such as press releases, honors, business announcements, and speaker requests.
- Track campaign performance, report findings, and evaluate against objectives
- The upkeep and development of professional relationships with both new and current clients.
- Stay up to date on product information and market developments.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
