Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Find and create new sales opportunities in the insurance and banking sectors.
- Communicate with potential customers, set up meetings, and make persuasive sales calls to describe our state-of-the-art technology.
- Preserve solid ties with current customers to guarantee repeat business and client happiness.
- To accomplish sales goals and maintain business standards, work together with other sales reps.
- To keep thorough records of sales operations and customer interactions, use CRM or Excel.
- Using market research, networking, and outreach initiatives in foreign markets, find and produce leads.
- Recognize the tastes and demands of customers in various global marketplaces and customize solutions to satisfy them.
- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming questions as allocated by the reporting manager.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
