Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Duties and Positions:

- Educates distributors and salespeople in certain areas.

- To provide stock reports and product inventories, serving as a liaison between the distributor and the company.

- Presenting business products and increasing brand recognition by visiting both current and prospective clients in a designated sales territory.

- Tracking the effectiveness of the sales force and encouraging members to reach or surpass sales goals.

- To oversee sales representatives on a daily basis and offer direction when required.

- Responds to employee disciplinary actions when necessary and in line with corporate policy.

- Continually connects with the account's primary contacts and keeps an eye on active accounts.

- Strives for a higher rate of sales growth in the territory, as set by the company.

- mostly to work with sales leaders.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
