Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- In the fields of facilities management, aviation, and hospitality, find and produce leads.
- Respond to questions from customer service, guaranteeing prompt problem solving and excellent satisfaction.
- Establish reliable systems for sales forecasting and reporting to give the executive team fast and accurate information.
- Responding to consumer concerns, queries, and inquiries while upholding positive client relations with current clients
- To encourage recurring business, cultivate relationships with clients and schedule follow-up meetings to discuss new arrivals.
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team to better understand the demands and difficulties of our clients so that we can enhance our sales process.
- Gain knowledge about how goods operate and how to resolve problems with clients.
- Achieve quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales targets.
- Create and provide sales reports to management every week.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
