Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- To meet sales goals and increase market share, develop and implement sales tactics.
- Locate and interact with possible distributors and dealers to create and maintain long-term relationships.
- Oversee and maintain dealer and distributor accounts to guarantee client contentment and allegiance.
- Help dealers and distributors close agreements by offering them technical and commercial support.
- Pay important clients frequent visits and hold discussions with them to learn about their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Provide comprehensive technical knowledge and experience for every product that is offered.
- Deliver presentations, hold training sessions, and conduct product demos.
- To expand business prospects within both existing and potential clientele in line with the sales plan.
- To ensure that customers' continuing expectations are fulfilled in order to maintain client retention.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
