Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Provide tactics to boost sales throughout the company.
- Oversee channel partners to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- To guarantee prompt and correct service, supervise the login and disbursement procedures.
- To effectively market finance products to potential customers, acquire and preserve a solid understanding of them.
- Establish trusting bonds with partners and stakeholders to learn about their demands and guarantee their fulfilment.
- Work together as a team to enhance customer service and sales results.
- Keep an eye on sales indicators and update top management on your progress.
- Within the target market, identify and investigate possible customers.

Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
