Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Quickly reply to leads and questions, and follow up with them as soon as possible.

- Establish and preserve connections with customers while determining their wants and needs.

- Present our services to potential clients and clearly convey the advantages of partnering with our company.

- Through a variety of channels, including student outreach initiatives like cold calling, email marketing, outreach programs, social media, and referrals, find and prospect potential clients.

- Assist students in choosing a program and completing the necessary paperwork for admission by working closely with the marketing team and academic faculty.

- Conduct therapy sessions and presentations both online and off.

- Engage in industry gatherings and trade exhibits to advertise the media and entertainment curriculum and establish connections with prospective pupils.

- Achieve and surpass revenue and sales goals

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
