Job Title : Insurance Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities :
- Convert leads into sales and meet predefined targets.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the sales cycle and after the sale is complete.
- Ensure high-quality standards in all sales activities and focus on retaining clients.
Candidate Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Experience : At least 1 year in sales or marketing within the BFSI sector, particularly Life Insurance.
- Age : Between 22 and 38 years.
- Residency : Must be a local resident for a minimum of 3 to 5 years.
