Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Principal Duties & Accountabilities of the Position :
- Building and maintaining relationships with bank branch managers and employees to generate leads.
- Prospecting, meeting, and analysing quickly the needs of Bank walk-in clients.
- Raising bank customers' knowledge of life insurance products and achieving the branch's customer base's targeted cross-sell penetration.
- Raising awareness and inspiring bank staff to recommend life insurance to customers.
- Consistently meeting the criteria on the Goal Sheet.
- Verify adherence to established sales and service standards as well as internal sales procedures.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Age 21 to 38 Years
- Minimum 2 Years of sales experience
