Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
We're looking for an Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- To ensure sell of our insurance products
- To ensure quality advisors are being recruited and developed
- To communicate changing customer needs to the top management
- To expand our reach to untapped customers
- Lead insurance agents and track performance
- Promote the organization's products and services to new and current clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience: min 1 to 2 years in Field sales and Marketing
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Any Local Candidates can apply
