Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Recruitment:
- Identify and recruit potential insurance agents who align with the company's values and sales goals.
- Conduct effective interviews to assess candidates' suitability and potential.
- Onboard new agents and provide them with comprehensive training on products, sales techniques, and compliance guidelines.
Team Management:
- Mentor and coach agents to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
- Monitor team performance closely, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback to drive improvement.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Resolve any issues or challenges faced by agents to ensure smooth operations.
Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's market presence.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
