Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Create strategies for acquiring new consumers or clients using direct sales tactics, cold phoning, and in-person business visits.
- Follow client preferences to decide where to concentrate your sales efforts.
- Decide on any particular price or discount terms.
- Allocate sales territory and establish sales quotas. Develop and coordinate training programs for salespeople.
- Address client complaints about products and services.
- Estimate sales and evaluate the profitability of the offered goods and services.
- Review the sales data.
- To manage, direct, and influence the sales team and enable them to achieve the targeted sales goals, the sales team must plan their sales strategies, communicate them to the sales team, and develop implementation plans. They must also promptly respond to sales inquiries and address any issues to prevent them from interfering with their daily work.
