Job Description:
- Managing monthly and weekly meetings to discuss plans to achieve the target.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Recruitment and development of grade advisors.
- Create leads from your own source.
- To bring business to the company
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your profile.
- Should be able to generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Should be able to manage the whole sales pipeline from prospecting to onboarding.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
