Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- Recruit and Manage a Team of Associate Partners and Advisors.
- Ongoing monitoring & review against plan & taking appropriate course correction & work on the key result areas of the channel.
- Selling Life insurance through Team
- The person shall be responsible for the Recruitment and Development of quality advisors and encourage them for long-term careers by selling career opportunities to such prospective advisors
- Expand Insurance reach to untapped customers
- Development of advisors
- Maintain relationships with clients & provide timely support to them
Candidate Requirement :
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
