Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-12 yrs)
- To lead, challenge and be challenged in a marketing strategy or business development through strategic alliances. Creating a process oriented ecosystem. Analyze and improve marketing, sales & operational performance. Develop products, markets and relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Build team of financial consultants.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Understanding and promoting company products.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Desired :
- 2 years- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
