Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-11 yrs)
As a Team Leader Sales Manager your main responsibility will be to manage and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve their targets and drive the growth of the company's sales revenue.
Role and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of sales agents. You will have to provide regular coaching, feedback, and guidance to your team.
- You will be responsible for setting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for your team, and ensuring they are achieved.
- You will have to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals. You will need to identify new opportunities.
- You will have to build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for reporting on the sales performance of your team, analysing data, and making recommendations to senior management on how to improve sales performance.
- Meeting targets and deadlines: You will have to meet the sales targets and deadlines set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
