Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents in the agency insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

- Identify potential customers and develop techniques to increase the agency's customer base.

- Manage to motivate a sales staff to meet team as well as personal targets.

- Maintain and build connections with key stakeholders and consumers.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations with representatives from sales and, as needed, provide coaching and support.

- Keep an eye on changes in markets and rival behaviour to spot opportunities and dangers.

- Collaborate with other organisations, such as marketing and underwriting purposes, to present satisfied consumers and timely product and service delivery.

- Ensure that legal demands and company policies are followed.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the field sales and marketing.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams to success.

- Great relationships, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyse data and a capacity to create data-driven decisions

- Knowledge of insurance goods and regulations in company

- A valid driver's licence and the desire to travel within the area designated for travel are required.

Salary : 25000/- To 30000/- as per month
