FIELD SALES MANAGER
As a Field Sales Manager, you are responsible for understanding the needs of prospective customers. A field sales manager in an agency channel manages a group of sales representatives who work in the field or remotely.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Sales Strategy Implementation to attract the customer.
- Recruit and train the team to build a high-performing sales team.
- Identifying the needs and requirements of the customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, provide support, and close sales.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collect information about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and management.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and customer meetings.
