Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
This position entails finding, coaching, and managing a group of people to market life insurance plans. Sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention are the metrics used to gauge success in this position.
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Develop a group of insurance advisers by hiring, educating, and training them.
- Achieve business goals and boost sales performance.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisers.
- Drive sales performance and meet business targets.
The necessary candidate's profile:
- Requirement: Graduate.
- Experience: Two years or more in an area involving sales.
- The age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- On two wheels. It must be local.
