Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and market share in the assigned regions.
- Channel Management: Manage and optimize the performance of our EBO and MBO networks, ensuring strong brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team capable of achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansions.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive repeat business and loyalty.

- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
