About the Role:
The Field Sales Manager will oversee and manage on-ground sales activities in the assigned territory, ensuring the team meets its sales objectives and delivers a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage a team of field sales executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits with team members to understand market needs and improve sales strategies.
- Foster relationships with key clients and address any escalations.
- Evaluate sales team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to regional management.
- Keep up with industry and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in field sales or sales management, preferably in BFSI.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Compensation: - 3.00 LPA to - 3.50 LPA + incentives.
