- Recruitment and management of Agents: within the designated location.
- Training and continuous motivation to agents, ensuring a deep understanding of market dynamics and products. Regularly monitor and evaluate agent performance.
- Engage with customers consistently to meet set standards and execute sales strategies effectively, enhancing market reach and penetration through segmentation.
- Actively pursue new customer leads to enhance sales performance.
Key Performance Indicators :
- Successful recruitment of Insurance Advisers.
- Provision of motivation, guidance, lead generation, and advice to the team.
- Fulfilling the role of Team Leader effectively.
Candidate's Profile :
- Graduation is mandatory.
